November 2014 Box No.2

This week’s box arrived while I was out of town celebrating Thanksgiving with my family.  My awesome CSA, Silver Lake Farms, delivered my box to my friend’s house instead.  My friend generously stored my stuff in her fridge while I was gone.  Her name is Jaime and she made those pretty handmade plates that I put in a lot of my photos.  Hi Jaime!

When I went to pick the box up from Jaime’s house on Sunday night I was even more appreciative of the favor she had done for me by storing my haul.  This box was SO FULL.  I couldn’t even fit it all in the freaking picture.  I’m not complaining though, I was filled with genuine gratitude because lord knows I needed those veggies after the over-indulgences committed over Thanksgiving.
