OUR CLASS EXPERIENCE
Learn fundamental skills that will allow you to create your own recipes at home. Cooking is a tactile skill and students get lots of hands on practice in each class.
All of our menus are meat free. We focus on highlighting local, seasonal produce in all of our menus so that the vegetables take center stage.
The food that sustains us comes from an earth that is finite and limited in resources. All of our classes are designed to create as little waste as possible.
What started out as a blog where I shared my passion for eating locally, seaonally and sustainably, has turned into so much more. In 2017 I started teaching cooking classes and I fell in love with it. I still get a CSA box and you can still find lots of recipes and articles on here about my journey thus far.
