There’s nothing like farm fresh lettuce. So sweet, crispy and full of flavor. I could have just eaten these raw with nothing on them but the addition of a little fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper brought out the natural flavors and sweetness. And that’s it. That’s all I did! Salad is so easy!
- 6 cups of mixed lettuce greens
- 1 bunch of pea tendril tops
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Put the greens and pea tendrils in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
